Ashlee hit with malaria

Dear saints,

I am asking you to join in prayer for the life and health of Ashlee, a young woman God has called to Mozambique where she worked with Iris Ministries children.

She came back on furlough and now is back in Africa since last week ago. Over the past week, she has contracted malaria. Please hold her up in prayer before the Father, that she may experience his healing and complete restoration, for her and her roomate Anna, and everyone!

Blessings,

Andre Lefebvre

Ashlee wrote her parents:

"I am being treated for malaria because I have all the symptoms. Don't worry. My body is weak - my spirit is very very alive." Ashlee

Thank you to all who have sent words of encouragement. Ashlee knows you are all praying. Please remember her roommate Anna also. She is still very weak.

Received TODAY April 2nd 2006:

"Ashlee is very weak and is feeling worse."

"They are out of meds and have not been able to get anymore. Where they buy them they is out."

Karen (Ashlee's mother)
